These are our current confirmed group bookings through November 2026. Check back here for new groups as we have a number of other groups pending. For group arrivals and departures, hosts need to pick students up at a meeting place for arrival and drop them off for departure.

July 11-24 Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond. Chinese high school group, double placement with shared room, attending ESL and activity program at 41st & Oak weekdays, hosts drive students to and from school. No other Chinese students, rate is $70.00/student/night ($1,820.00 for 2 students for 13 nights).

July 25 - August 6 Vancouver, Burnaby. Japanese high school group, double placement with shared room, attending VFH ESL and activity program at UBC weekdays and commuting by public transit. No other Japanese students, rate is $51.00/student/night ($1,224.00 for 2 students for 12 nights).

October 9-11 & and October 11-13 Vancouver, Burnaby, North Shore, Richmond. Japanese girl's high school excursion, 2 night stay 5:00 PM Friday/Saturday to 8:00 AM Sunday/Monday, free time with host families Saturday/Sunday. Double placement (shared room OK), full Board (3 meals), $65.00 per student per night ($260.00 total for 2 students). Groups do not overlap so hosts are welcome to host both groups.Terms: Shared room with separate beds, no other Japanese students, no male foreign students ages 12-20.

October 16-19 North Shore. Weekend stay for a Japanese girls high school group, full board, double placement with shared room. No other Japanese students, rate is $65.00/student/night ($390.00 for 2 students for 3 nights).

October 15-18 & and October 18-21 Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond. Japanese co-ed high school excursion, 3 night stay (Group 1 Thursday to Sunday, Group 2 Sunday to Tuesday) free time with host families Saturday/Sunday, hosts need to drop off and pick up students for activities on weekdays. Double placement (shared room OK), full Board (3 meals), $65.00 per student per night ($390.00 total for 2 students). Groups do not overlap so hosts are welcome to host both groups.Terms: Shared room with separate beds, no other Japanese students.

October 24-27 North Shore. Saturday to Tuesday stay for a Japanese junior high school group (with Monday dropoff and pickup for activities), full board, double placement with shared room. No other Japanese students, rate is $65.00/student/night ($390.00 for 2 students for 3 nights).

November 13-16 Vancouver, Burnaby, North Shore, Richmond. Japanese high school group in double placements for a Friday to Monday weekend stay. Students need pickup and dropoff for arrival and departure. Full Board (3 meals), shared room, $65.00 per student per night for 3 nights ($390.00 total for 2 students). 

November 20-22 Vancouver, Burnaby, North Shore, Richmond. Japanese high school group in double placements for a Friday to Sunday weekend stay. Students need pickup and dropoff for arrival and departure. Full Board (3 meals), shared room, $65.00 per student per night for 2 nights ($260.00 total for 2 students).
