These are our current confirmed group bookings through October, 2025. Check back here for new groups. For group arrivals and departures, hosts need to pick students up at a meeting place for arrival and drop them off for departure.

October 10-12 & and October 12-14 Vancouver, Burnaby, North Shore, Richmond. Japanese girl's high school excursion, 2 night stay 5:00 PM Friday/Saturday to 8:00 AM Sunday/Monday, free time with host families Saturday/Sunday. Double placement (shared room OK), full Board (3 meals), $64.00 per student per night ($256.00 total for 2 students). Groups do not overlap so hosts are welcome to host both groups.Terms: Shared room with separate beds, no other Japanese students, no male foreign students ages 12-20.

October 15-19  Vancouver, Burnaby, North Shore, Richmond. Japanese co-ed high school excursion, 4 night stay (Wednesday to Sunday), hosts need to drop off and pick up students for activities on Friday, free time with host families Saturday. Double placement (shared room OK), full Board (3 meals), $64.00 per student per night ($512.00 total for 2 students). Terms: Shared room with separate beds, no other Japanese students.

October 16-19 & and October 19-22 Vancouver, Burnaby, North Shore, Richmond. Japanese co-ed high school excursion, 3 night stay (Group 1 Thursday to Sunday, Group 2 Sunday to Tuesday) free time with host families Saturday/Sunday, hosts need to drop off and pick up students for activities on weekdays. Double placement (shared room OK), full Board (3 meals), $64.00 per student per night ($384.00 total for 2 students). Groups do not overlap so hosts are welcome to host both groups.Terms: Shared room with separate beds, no other Japanese students.

October 21-26 Vancouver, Burnaby, North Shore, Richmond. Japanese co-ed high school excursion, 5 night stay 5:00 PM Tuesday to 8:00 AM Sunday, hosts drop off and pick up students for activities at community centre meeting places 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, free time with host families Saturday. Double placement (shared room OK), full Board (3 meals), $64.00 per student per night ($640.00 total for 2 students). Terms: Shared room with separate beds, no other Japanese students, host drops off and picks up students for activities October 22, 23, 24.

October 25-28 North Vancouver. Japanese high school group in double placements for a Saturday to Tuesday stay, Students need pickup and dropoff for arrival and departure and for activities on Monday, October 28. Full Board (3 meals), shared room, $64.00 per student per night for 3 nights ($384.00 total for 2 students). 

October 27-30 Richmond. Japanese high school group in double placements for a Monday to Thursday stay, Students need pickup and dropoff for arrival and departure and for activities on the Tuesday and Wednesday. Full Board (3 meals), shared room, $64.00 per student per night for 3 nights ($384.00 total for 2 students).
